The Washington-Baltimore region boasts one of the most educated workforces in the country.  According to the U.S. Census Bureau's 2009 American Community Survey, the Washington-Baltimore CSA ranks first among the 25 most populated CSAs in percentage of the population attaining a bachelors degrees or higher and attaining a masters degrees or higher.
