Office and Programs Administrator

As Office and Programs Administrator, Carol Meek is responsible for day-to-day office management and administrative functions. She also serves as the lead administrator for EAGB-sponsored or partnered economic development programs. Carol brings over 30 years of experience assisting executive level positions and, in her most recent role, was the executive administrator for two Howard County Executives for the entirety of their terms. She has also worked for the Baltimore Mayor’s office and several private sector firms. Carol has a wealth of experience interacting with leaders and organizations in the Greater Baltimore region and is already intimately familiar with many of the leaders and organizations that work with the EAGB.
Carol resides in Harford County; however, she was born and raised in Baltimore and can tap into her “inner hon” at the drop of a hat. She is an alumnus of Towson University. When not working, Carol loves spending as much time as she can at the beach. When not enjoying the sand and surf, she can be found cooking, reading or gardening. Carol serves as the vice president of their community HOA and plans several events throughout the year. Carol is married and has two grown children. She is also the proud mother of two yellow labs, Rio and Finnegan.
