Harford County is part of the Baltimore metropolitan area, strategically located on I-95 in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic United States. Harford County offers immediate proximity to premier research institutions such as the U.S. Army's Aberdeen Proving Ground, Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland.
