Baltimore Tapped for Rockefeller Foundation's $20M Vaccine Equity Pilot

The Rockefeller Foundation has launched the new “Equity-First Vaccination Initiative.” The newly launched $20M initiative will focus on improving COVID-19 vaccine access and equity in Baltimore City and four other cities. According to the Baltimore Business Journal, grant funding will be distributed through Open Society Institute-Baltimore.The Foundation hopes to use data and lessons learned from the cities to expand the Initiative and share information with federal, state, and local governments to inform and grow vaccine equity efforts nationwide.
