EAGB Announces Key Staff Appointments - Gilday

(Baltimore, Md.) – The Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore (EAGB) is pleased to welcome staff member Katy Gilday as Office & Programs Administrator.

Katy Gilday is Office & Programs Administrator for the EAGB. She brings over ten years of experience mastering the ins and outs of keeping an office on schedule and using her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Gilday oversees programs for the EAGB, including ‘Advance Maryland’ in partnership with the Maryland Department of Commerce and the National Center for Economic Gardening. Prior to her role with EAGB, Gilday served as an associate for a wealth management firm where she was primarily responsible for implementing office procedures and providing customer service support. Former positions include RandstadUSA, where she worked in talent acquisition securing top accounts and evaluating staffing needs.

Gilday earned her Communications degree from Kean University. While Gilday is a New Jersey native, she has fallen in love with Baltimore City and all of its charming, quirky idiosyncrasies since relocating here in 2011. She has proudly adopted Baltimore’s sports teams and can no longer imagine a life without Old Bay.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find Gilday running along the inner harbor or eating pancakes at the PaperMoon Diner with her husband and son.
