Towson University introduces new StarTUp Accelerator
Towson University has launched its first StarTUp Accelerator cohort sponsored by their Division of Strategic Partnerships and Applied Research. The eight-week StarTUp Accelerator focuses on entrepreneurs who are already in the market and poised for growth. "I will tell them that they’re walking down a path. I'm going to shine a flashlight. I'm going to tell you what to avoid. And it's up to you, as the entrepreneur, to take the right path,” said TU’s executive director of entrepreneurship Patrick McQuown. Residency on TU’s campus would have started on June 1, but due to COVID-19 the official start date will be sometime in the future.
